Acquisition of a Self Storage Facility in 2004 consisting of 48,000 sq. ft. Phase II 9,000 sq. ft., was completed in 2004 and Phase III consisted of 28,000 sq. ft. of self storage plus boat & vehicle storage spaces was completed in February 2006. The facility has surpassed the goal achieving 90% occupancy in the first quarter of 2007.

The Entitlement and development of a self storage consisting of approximately 96,338 square feet was completed in July 2004. The facility features the latest technology and architectual materials available which resulted in the facility receiving the prestigious design facility award of 2004. The facility is leasing as projected, and expect to achieve 85% - 90% occupancy by the fourth quarter of 2007.

Located at 4160 Cherry Avenue in the City of Long Beach. The facility is located on 13.5 acres and is comprised of 950 RV and Boat storage spaces along with 30,000 sq. ft. of self storage units. Cherry Carson RV and Self Storage has maintained an occupancy of 98% for the past 10 years.

Purchased 24,000 sqft. in 2003 with the addition of phase II of approximately 18,000 sq ft. which is completed and leased to 90%. The fee simple land for Phase III has been acquired with an anticipated construction commencement date of May 1, 2007 and completion by January 2008.

38,000 sqft self storage facility with approximately 1,050 storage units was completed in August of 2005 and is substantially ahead of lease up projections. Presently leased at 70% and is expected to achieve 80 – 85% occupancy by the last quarter of 2007.
